Triple 1 is an innovation-based face mask company with a wealth of experience that is committed to improving the lives of people through British manufacturing. During the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a lack of face masks and personal protective equipment (PPE) available across all sectors. Logistics became high risk causing delays at ports, customs, ships or planes. Other issues were counterfeit products and difficulty in maintaining high quality standards of PPE reaching those in need. This is where the Triple1 group has decided to innovate this area of manufacturing, help safeguard some of Britain’s most sought-after products and create sovereign capability by manufacturing in the UK.
Through understanding needs and where possible exceeding expectations, Triple1 remains fully committed to achieving Customer satisfaction by adopting a Quality Management System which is reviewed with Top management and complies with BS EN ISO9001 standards.
The principles of our management system are built upon the ‘Plan-Do-Check-Act’ model, which is fundamental to the ISO9001 standard and is linked to our business objectives.
The scope of the management system includes the manufacturer and supply of face masks and other PPE products under EC directives and standards such as EN14683:2019+AC2019 or EN149 or CWA17553:2020. (Please note the current system excludes ISO 9001:2015 section 8.3 design & development of products & services)
