Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Looking for a dynamic and experienced operational HR Manager to become part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills and hit the ground running.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate HR integration following new recruitment and manage the harmonisation of contracts across the different business areas
- Standardisation of all HR processes including contracts, payroll, on-boarding and appraisals
- With the assistance of 1 direct report, liaise with Finance to manage the payroll function for employees
- Provide clear and concise reporting, including attendance, employee turnover, sickness and grievances
- First point of contact to manage employee relations, such as dispute resolutions, disciplinaries and grievances
- Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers
- Manage, coach and advice senior managers on performance management, development and succession planning
- Lead recruitment campaigns
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Educated to degree level or above
- Proactive, confident and resilient
- HR Manager who is comfortable with a constantly changing environment
- Strong operational HR generalist experience with commercial acumen
- Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing/ environment is highly advantageous
- Experience successfully managing recruitment campaigns to be successful in this role
- Ability to demonstrate senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and team working skills
