Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

Looking for a dynamic and experienced operational HR Manager to become part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills and hit the ground running.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate HR integration following new recruitment and manage the harmonisation of contracts across the different business areas
  • Standardisation of all HR processes including contracts, payroll, on-boarding and appraisals
  • With the assistance of 1 direct report, liaise with Finance to manage the payroll function for employees
  • Provide clear and concise reporting, including attendance, employee turnover, sickness and grievances
  • First point of contact to manage employee relations, such as dispute resolutions, disciplinaries and grievances
  • Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers
  • Manage, coach and advice senior managers on performance management, development and succession planning
  • Lead recruitment campaigns

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or above
  • Proactive, confident and resilient
  • HR Manager who is comfortable with a constantly changing environment
  • Strong operational HR generalist experience with commercial acumen
  • Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing/ environment is highly advantageous
  • Experience successfully managing recruitment campaigns to be successful in this role
  • Ability to demonstrate senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
