Position: Full Time
Department: Head Office
Location: Long Buckby, Northampton
Training: Training will be provided
Salary: £8.71 - £9 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a well-presented Administrator to join our dynamic team.  You will need to have excellent communication and admin skills, possess a 'can do' attitude and ensure you are able to work as a team. 

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing office communications - answering and fielding phone calls, emails and post
  • Handling incoming and outgoing packages
  • First point of contact - Meet and greet visitors
  • Maintain office services (such as fielding service requests for IT / Photocopiers etc)
  • Maintain company filing system and company contacts list
  • Maintain office supply inventory, placing orders for supplies
  • Arrange and prepare meetings as and when needed
  • Prepare office lunches or perks when required
  • Provide as-needed support to Directors and Managers if required
  • Collaborate and assist in any events and initiatives
  • Co-ordinate travel plans, itineraries and bookings
  • Keeping shared office spaces organized
  • Using variety of software packages such as Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • Produce schedules / documents by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying etc
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum GCSE level or equivalent

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and teamworking skills
